- Introduction
Potassium Sorbate(2.4-di-ethene acid kalium)is used for anti-mortify and quality is guarantine on foods. It is executed on the standard of GB13736-92.And it also fit the American FCCIV version and it is mainly used for exprot. The production ability annually is 7000 tons.

- Uses
Preservative: It is used for ferment dairy products, sour Lactic and pineapple juice etc.
Soy sauce, Marmalade, man-made cream,gelose soft sweets: 0.1-1.0g/kg.
Fruit juice, fruit drink,grape wine,fruit wine:0.1-0.6g/kg .
Carbonated wing, sode water:0.05-0.2g/kg.
Dried fish products, drinks of soy bean and milk, food of soy bean cake stuffing,
lactobacillin drink: 0.1-1.0g/kg.
Tobacco,cosmetics & toothpaste: 0.6-2
Concentrated fruit juice dosage mustn't exceed 2.0.
